In terms of value, the hotel offered services like tours and ticket assistance, catering to guests keen on exploring the city's attractions efficiently. the absence of room service or a terrace slightly limited the luxury experience. the convenient location near Saigon Center and Saigon Square, combined with the proximity to various dining options, added value to the overall stay. While Felix Hotel may not boast extravagant features like a casino or live entertainment, its focus on practicality, cleanliness, and friendly service create a harmonious balance between luxury and affordability.
